LCMGA Player of the Year Award

Four Major Tournaments are played each year in determining Player of the Year.  Individuals must play in at least 3 of the 4 Major Tournaments.

Points are awarded to each individual based on his finishing position of each Major (10 points for 1st, 9 points for 2nd, 8 points for 3rd, and so on to, 1 point for 10th place). 

The best point total of 3 Tournaments is awarded Player of the Year.

There are 3 categories Gold, Silver, Bronze – based on handicap.
